On our family trip to explore the city, we stayed at a hotel in NYC. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to Little Italy and enjoy some fantastic nearby attractions without needing a car. The hotel's stylish design in the common areas created a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere that we appreciated during our stay. Although the rooms were a bit small and lacked soundproofing, overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again for the convenient location and charming aesthetic.

The excellent location near Little Italy and Chinatown, along with the helpful and friendly staff, made my stay at this hotel memorable. the room was comfortable, and the lack of outside noise at night ensured a peaceful sleep. Overall, a charming boutique hotel worth recommending. the only drawback was the inconvenience of having to keep the main light on for other lights and outlets to work.

The hotel had a cool vibe and the decorations were totally on point in a pretty prime location. We loved the spacious room perfect for the whole fam – wasn't easy finding that elsewhere! Unfortunately, there was no elevator, which was a bit of a pain, especially on the top floors, but nothing to ruin the vibe. 🏨

I had an excellent experience here, everything was really good, the location was ideal so close to shopping stores and restaurants around. I liked the room with 3 beds, my bed was extremely comfy.

Location in vibrant Soho was fantastic with great dining options. The room was tiny and uncomfortable, with a cramped bathroom and poor ventilation, making it uncomfortably hot. No elevator, multiple stairs, and lack of amenities were disappointing. However, the hip decor, comfy bed, and quality shower products were a nice touch.

Overall really unforgettable stay. The location was unbeatable and the room was bright and well-organised. I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. Fantastic service with excellent cooking. All facilities where good too.

The hotel's location near landmarks like Washington Square Park and Brooklyn Bridge was convenient for family bonding. The nearby subway stops and dining options made exploring easy. However, the room size and noise levels could be improved.

Everything in this stylish hotel was great, we loved it. The room was immaculate and brand-new, had natural lighting. The property staff was superbly friendly and responsive. It was located in a great area just next door to restaurants, the subway.

This is surely the best low cost hotel, caring staff, well-appointed rooms. Totally very enjoyable stay for the holidays.

I chose Sohotel for its ideal location near SoHo, and it did not disappoint. The proximity to trendy downtown neighborhoods and restaurants was perfect for exploring, and the nearby attractions like CBGB and Randolph Beer were a pleasant surprise. Plus, the easy walking distance to public transportation made celebrity sightings and Italian dinners easily accessible.

With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was fabulous. Perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to Bowery Street. Their food was excellent with plenty of meals.

Pretty noisy. Our room overlooked the avenue in the center of NY OK. but mostly the discotheque in the basement on Saturday night until 3:30 in the morning. Not cool at all.

Very poorly soundproofed room...

The hotel's location was fantastic, surrounded by vibrant neighborhoods and plenty of dining options. There were also multiple subway stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low, and the temperature of the water was just warm enough. It was a minor inconvenience, but it would have been nicer to have a more powerful shower experience.

The heat making noise, waking me up at night... Taxi company that the hotel uses. We came across an unfriendly driver! and he refused Visa (we had checked with the front desk before it was +5$ ok for us) and asked for cash, which we didn't have! Painful!

I checked in feeling a bit like a fish out of water, but the staff made sure every step was smooth. My light bulb moment? The neon art around the hotel. Late check-out snafu, but no sweat—I grabbed a taxi and indulged in an Italian dinner. No elevator, but I got my cardio fix on the stairs. One standout? The barroom's ceiling! I wrapped up my stay with a craft beer at Randolph. Can't wait to dive back into the NYC adventures. A dopo!

Sohotel oozes vintage charm. Comfy, clean rooms reflect the neighborhood’s fun atmosphere. Excellent location for easy exploration. Helpful, friendly staff enhance your stay.

A little bit of light in the room and windows could only be opened 10 cm - but due to the loud air conditioners in the courtyard ventilation at night was not really possible anyway.

Very good hotel, spacious rooms for those with king size bed. Well located, with several metro lines within walking distance.

Despite a few hiccups like room size, noisy fridge, and a 3 am false alarm, Sohotel's location in Soho & Lower East Side was perfect for exploring. Family room was compact but comfortable with amazing shower. Loved the nearby eateries & easy subway access. Quirky vibe added to the charm.

Everything! incredible location. clean venue, staff attentive and helpful. We were 5 people and room was comfortable so that everyone could have their suitcase open and move freely around the room.

Everything is perfect for putting a "but" although it is inevitable in New York, you can hear the noise of the street. However, it is not a very busy street at night.

Located in a vibrant part of the city with easy access to the subway system and close to Little Italy, this hotel provides a great base for exploring. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Be aware that the noise level can be quite high, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider staying elsewhere.

The place is very beautiful. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The service is EXCEPTIONAL! The staff is at your disposal to give you all necessary information for your visit. Very reactive and smiling, which is not always the case in New York.

You have to like the location (Soho ChinaTown, Nolita and Little Italy less than 500 meters away). But further away from the museums. Otherwise, no negative remarks. The reception, the room, the cleanliness, we are delighted.

We enjoyed the hotel's fantastic location, which was very convenient for exploring trendy St Mark's and being close to great shops and restaurants. The clean and well-maintained facilities were a plus, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The subway at Grand St was right around the corner, making it easy to explore this city.

we loved the location of the hotel and felt super safe walking around. our room was fantastic, especially with the heated bathroom floor in the middle of winter. the decor was fun and reflected the area well. the staff at the Sohotel were terrific - so helpful and friendly. overall, a happy stay.

The Sohotel's location near the New Museum of Contemporary Art was the main reason for choosing it. The late check-out option pleasantly surprised me, and I enjoyed snapping a selfie in front of the legendary CBGB and splurging on designer shoes in the Bowery.

We hired a standard room. picture of what we hired and reality nothing to see. We spent a week in a hallway with two beds in a row. It could have been improved by paying an upgrade but, if we had known what the real room looked like, we would have looked for another alternative.

We had a fantastic stay at this super cool hotel! the staff at Sohotel were extremely friendly and helpful. the location was great, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to the subway. the rooms may not be spacious, but the beds were comfortable and the trendy look of the hotel made up for it. We also loved the heated bathroom floors and the nice shampoo provided. it was a wonderful experience and we especially appreciated being able to check out late.

location of the hotel is great! it has bars and restaurants and you can do a lot on foot. 2 subway stations are in the immediate vicinity.

we had a very small room for 3 people. the price is already high. room was also very dark, because the window was in a courtyard. it had no elevator, with the luggage it was a little bit laborious!

They stayed out of our way but were always there when we needed assistance. the vintage structure of the hotel was lovely, creating a nice ambiance. the room was super clean, with comfortable beds, and the housekeeping did a great job. the location was perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and cafes in Soho, Nolita, Little Italy, Chinatown. the hotel is also close to many landmarks like the High Line, New Museum of Contemporary Art, and SoHo.

One thing that could be improved is that the rooms could use better soundproofing, as external noises from construction or loud guests could be disruptive at times. it would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about any ongoing construction nearby when they check-in, giving them the option to choose a quieter room.

The price is too high. There's no price/quality ratio. Plus they charge a resort fee, but this is not a resort. Two people in the room with work can move. The price should definitely be lower. There is practically no amenity in the room.

The location was perfect for exploring the city - close to the East River and some great restaurants in the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had some issues with noise from renovations. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

soho hotel is a beautiful hotel in the middle of soho, little italy and chinatown. it is a very nice hotel, hip and stylish and super clean! staff is always friendly and happy to help at any time! rooms are great and even four of us had enough space. we will definitely come back!

Great central location with nearby Italian restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff that were very helpful with bags. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Conveniently located close to key metro stations. Perfect for those who don't spend much time in their rooms.

The Database Room at Sohotel was a great size and impeccably clean. With three people, we had plenty of room to move around. The room decor had a cool and trendy vibe. We especially loved the walk-in shower and the comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to Washington Sq Park and St Mark's. We enjoyed exploring this vibrant part of Manhattan.

It was also conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful advice on places to eat and shop. the hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with a modern and stylish design. My room was lovely, with comfortable beds and a heated floor in the bathroom. the added touch of Christmas decorations during my stay made it extra special. This stay was absolutely mind-blowing! The hotel itself had a super trendy and chic style, with a jaw-dropping lobby where I could entertain friends. The location was PERFECT, with easy access to various trains and walking distance to trendy neighborhoods. The staff were spectacular and the pillows were unbelievably comfy. The cozy and gorgeous room had a large flat-screen TV, a neat and relaxing shower, and even a heater above the towels. And to top it off, they gave us a complimentary bag for extra souvenirs. Unforgettable!

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for us to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby was a great place to meet up with friends. We could easily access trains to go uptown or to Brooklyn, and we were within walking distance of many great neighborhoods. There were also lots of coffee shops and late-night eateries nearby that we enjoyed. We also loved the cozy room with a comfortable bed and a large TV that was perfect for a movie night. The bathroom was also very nice with heated floors and a neat shower that had a heater and warmed our towels. Lastly, the complimentary SoHotel bag was a nice touch that we appreciated.

The highlight of my stay was the historical funky vibe of the hotel. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. The location was great for exploring trendy areas and affordable restaurants. Loved it!

Oh, and let's not forget about the lack of elevators and the overpriced vending machines. How delightful!
